Job Position – Business Development Executive

Job Description

Experience: 3-4 years in Facilities Management and building maintenance

Salary – 7000- 9000 AED
UAE Driving License mandatory
Nationality – Preferable Indians

Desired Candidate Profile,

Commercially oriented with at least 3 years of progressive business development, sales, experience in the similar industry
Should be highly flexible, adaptable, and able to work effectively with a multicultural workforce.
Excellent analytical and communication skills
UAE experience is a must minimum 3-4 years

Essential Roles & Responsibilities,

Prospect new potential clients and maintain existing customers relationship within the commercial FM industry.
Collaborate with the Senior Management to prepare and implement the company’s Marketing and
Business Development Plan and strategy for meeting business goals

Generate project/business opportunities and RFPs through client contact to meet company’s business plans and growth strategies.
Track and report status of potential projects, markets, and developments.
