Job Position – Business Development Executive

For a Real Estate firm.
Location : Sharjah
Salary : 8000 AED
Key Responsibilities:
-Identify potential business deals through market research and contact with landlords.
-Maximize company sales by sourcing and closing property deals.
-Collaborate with leasing department to develop business strategies.
-Maintain and strengthen relationships with landlords.
-Achieve yearly sales targets and objectives.
-Develop and deliver business plans, market analysis, and reports.
-Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
-Facilitate projects internally and externally.
-Build referral and lead generation networks.
Educational & Skills Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
-Minimum of 2-4 years of proven experience in a similar role within a developer or real estate agency.
-Experience in property management within a bank is advantageous.
-Thorough understanding of the UAE property market.
-Strong client relationship management and development skills.
-Excellent negotiation skills.
-Proficiency in English and Arabic communication.
-Valid UAE driving license required.
