Job Position – Business Development Executive / Manager

Play a key role in expanding our client base, strengthening partnerships, and driving business growth across the UAE!
What You’ll Do:
-Identify and develop new business opportunities in the manpower and contracting sector
-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers
-Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service agreements
-Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely mobilization and service delivery
-Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
-Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to business growth
Requirements:
-Proven experience in business development or sales within the manpower / outsourcing / contracting industry
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English & Hindi preferred)
-Strong client relationship management and networking abilities
-UAE driving license (preferred)
-Immediate joiners will be given priority
