Job Position – Business Development Manager

Hiring for an experienced and results-driven to join our growing team in Dubai.
Key Responsibility :
– Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Facilities Management sector.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.
– Prepare proposals, tenders, and commercial submissions.
– Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth strategies.
– Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
– Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery and client onboarding.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
– Minimum 5+ years of business development / sales experience in similar capacity in Facilities Management in the UAE.
– Strong knowledge of the UAE FM market and client network.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
– Valid UAE driving license.
