Job Position – Quantity Surveyor
Company Name – DHCN Construction
Experience: Minimum (5+years) of experience in the construction field
Eligibility: Candidates currently inside the UAE only
Availability: Immediate joiners only
Language: Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
Salary: (AED 6,000 – 7,000) (Fixed), depending on experience and capabilities
Visa: Provided by the company in accordance with UAE Labour Law
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum (5+years) of relevant Quantity Surveying experience in the construction industry
Strong knowledge of construction costs, quantity take-offs, BOQ, variations, and subcontractor/client measurements
Ability to manage assigned responsibilities independently and efficiently
Good communication and coordination skills
Confident in speaking and understanding English
Must be available to join immediately
