Job Position – IT Helpdesk Officer
Company Name – TRIO Cafe
Location: Dubai, UAE ( willing to commute to our locations as required across the UAE. )
The ideal candidate would need to have:
– IT Helpdesk / Technical Support experience
– Strong hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365 & Azure
– Experience managing devices through Microsoft Intune
– Solid Windows troubleshooting skills
– Working knowledge of PowerShell
– Hardware, software, user accounts & endpoint support
– Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
– Experience supporting multi-site / F&B operations is a plus
