– Minimum 3-5 years of UAE insurance Direct Sales experience
– Strong client portfolio is a must
– Portfolio across multiple Lines of Business will be an added advantage
– Prior experience in Insurance, Banking, or Financial Services (mandatory)
– Proven track record in business generation and relationship management
– Good communication and customer engagement skills
