Job Position – Buyer & Logistics Officer

An exciting opportunity in the Utilities / Oil & Gas sector.
Location: Dubai
Contract Duration: 12 Months
Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Manage procurement requests and purchase orders.
Ensure compliance with contractual terms (price, delivery, quality).
Handle shipping documentation and logistics coordination.
Interface with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams.
Lead end-to-end procurement and logistics activities, from order creation to invoicing and payment.
What We’re Looking For:
3–4 years of relevant experience in purchasing and logistics within the GCC.
Experience in utilities or oil & gas industry is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of SAP and advanced skills in MS Excel.
Proficiency in preparing and handling logistics and export documentation.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
