Job Position – Call Center Agent
Company Name – SWR Hospitality
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
-Knowledgeable of different reservations apps such as EatApp and OpenTable
-A strong background in F&B and previous work experience as a call center agent in the Hospitality / F&B Industry is a must.
-Experience with CRM systems and software is an advantage.
-Sales or marketing experience is considered a plus.
-Ability to remain calm and empathetic during customer interactions.
-Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
