Job Position – Call Center Agent

Job location – Dubai, UAE
Languages: English & Arabic.
Key Responsibilities:
– Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing clear, accurate and empathetic assistance to patients.
– Schedule appointments, provide information about clinic services and address patient concerns.
– Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
– Understand and adhere to confidentiality and privacy standards.
– Continuously learn and update knowledge about fertility treatments and clinic offerings.
Requirements:
– Excellent communication skills in both English, Arabic.
– Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to convey empathy and professionalism.
– Quick learner with the ability to grasp and apply medical knowledge.
– Patience, attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive conversations.
– A medical or healthcare-related background is preferred.
– Prior experience in a medical call center is mandatory.
