Positions:
Contact Center Agent – Arabic and English speaker Emirati Dialect
Job Description:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer’s emails
Management and resolve customer complaints/queries
Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
Provide service information to customers
Research required information using available resources
Research, identify and resolve customer complaints
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
Follow up customer calls where necessary
Complete call logs and reports
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
· Prior experience working as a Contact Center Executive.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Contact Center experience will be a plus (1-2 years)
· Mandatory Languages: Arabic and understanding of English
· Own visa/dependent visa will be a plus
