Job Position – Camp Boss
Company Name – Skyline Contracting
To manage and oversee the daily operations of our staff accommodations.
Key Responsibilities:
-Ensure smooth day-to-day camp operations (accommodation, catering, housekeeping, and maintenance).
-Supervise and manage support staff within the camp.
-Maintain hygiene, safety, and discipline standards.
-Coordinate with HR/Admin regarding employee accommodation and welfare needs.
-Monitor supplies, inventory, and budget control.
Requirements:
– Minimum 5 years of experience as a Camp Boss (preferably in construction sector).
– Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
– Ability to handle multicultural workforce.
– Knowledge of safety, hygiene, and camp management procedures.
Location: Sonapur Dubai
