-Minimum 3 years of experience as a Camp Boss
-Experience in managing labour accommodation and camp operations
-Ability to maintain staff records, attendance, room allocation, and camp discipline
-Coordinate with HR, site teams, transport, and management
-Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and proper maintenance of camp facilities
-Good communication and organizational skills
-UAE experience preferred
-Immediate joiners will be given preference
