Salary: AED 3,000 per month + Visa + Accommodation + Vehicle & Fuel + Medical Insurance + TicketHiring for an experienced to manage health, safety, hygiene, and welfare standards within a staff accommodation camp.
Requirements:
NEBOSH certification is mandatory
Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory
Previous experience in Camp HSE / accommodation management
Experience handling and supporting a large workforce, preferably African staff
Preference for candidates who speak African languages
Good knowledge of HSE procedures, camp safety, hygiene, and emergency protocols
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor HSE and safety standards within the staff accommodation camp
Conduct regular inspections and identify potential hazards
Ensure proper housekeeping, hygiene, and safe living conditions
Handle staff safety concerns and coordinate corrective actions
Conduct safety awareness and toolbox talks when required
Maintain HSE records and inspection reports
Coordinate with management on camp-related HSE matters
