Are you an experienced professional with a minimum of 1 year of expertise in cash handling and administrative duties? We’re seeking individuals with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

If you possess the following skills and experiences, we want to hear from you:
– Oversee and manage all financial systems and procedures within the company, encompassing general ledgers, internal accounts, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, statutory remittances, insurance, and budget monitoring.

– Monitor and accurately record all cash disbursements, expenditures, and receipts to maintain precise and up-to-date financial records.

– Ensure that financial reporting and remittances from all company branches are timely, accurate, and compliant with regulatory standards, including invoices, cash reports, and other pertinent financial documents.

– Uphold adherence to statutory, regulatory, and internal policy requirements regarding financial matters, ensuring compliance at all times.
Conduct month-end and year-end processes, including the preparation of reconciliations and working papers for the annual audit, to facilitate smooth financial reporting procedures.

– Generate regular reports on company financial activities as directed by management, including bank balances, accounts payable and receivable, and operational financial statements.

– Possess proficient knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks and Excel to facilitate accurate financial reporting and documentation.
