Job Position – Certified Gym Instructor & Fitness Trainer
Company Name – Flora Hospitality
Job Location: – Dubai
Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct personal and group training sessions for hotel guests.
– Provide fitness assessments and create personalized workout plans.
– Ensure safety and cleanliness of the gym and fitness areas.
– Demonstrate proper usage of gym equipment and correct exercise techniques.
– Assist in promoting wellness programs and fitness initiatives.
– Track client progress and provide regular feedback and motivation.
– Enforce gym rules and always ensure professional and courteous behavior.
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a fitness/gym trainer, preferably in the hospitality industry.
– Certification in fitness training (e.g., REPS UAE, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent).
– CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
– Excellent communication In English and interpersonal skills.
– Energetic, self-motivated, and customer-service oriented.
– Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
