Now, we’re seeking a Channel Relations Manager to be the face of Sobha to our broker network — building trust, driving sales, and unlocking new growth opportunities.

As the bridge between Sobha and our channel partners, you will be responsible for:
Building and nurturing high-value relationships with top-performing agents and firms.
Ensuring seamless partner servicing and delivering a “white-glove” experience for our brokers.
Driving sales growth by empowering partners through training, market intelligence, and strategic guidance.
Identifying emerging market opportunities and onboarding high-potential partners.
Acting as the face of Sobha’s real estate portfolio — articulate, informed, and always on-brand.

Key Responsibilities
·      Channel Partner Servicing
·      Deliver exceptional support to broker partners, resolving challenges promptly.
·      Relationship Management
·      Cultivate strong, productive relationships with key agents and channel firms.
·      Training & Enablement
·      Lead impactful trainings, workshops, and product briefings to enhance partner sales performance.
·      New Business Development
·      Identify, attract, and onboard promising new partners and explore emerging markets.
·      Market Intelligence
·      Track competitor activity, analyze sales data, and generate actionable insights for internal and partner use.
·      Strategic Growth
·      Collaborate with sales leadership to scale channel performance and unlock new revenue streams.

Qualifications & Skills
·      Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
·      Active UAE Driving License (mandatory).
·      Proven experience in Business Development, Partner Sales, or Channel Relations.
·      Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and inspire.
·      Confident communicator and public speaker — compelling, clear, and engaging.
·      Highly entrepreneurial mindset — resourceful, proactive, and agile.
·      Solution-oriented, relentlessly positive, and impeccably polished.
·      Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
