Job Position – Channel Relationship Manager

Location: Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities:
– Develop comprehensive strategies for onboarding real estate brokers, including training programs and resource materials.
– Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with real estate brokers through regular communication and networking events.
– Serve as the lead point of contact for all broker-related matters, addressing concerns and facilitating problem resolution.
– Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to broker needs and objectives.
– Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders through detailed reports and presentations.
– Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory, analyzing market trends and broker feedback.
– Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed, providing support and guidance to brokers.
– Monitor and analyze broker performance metrics to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
Desired candidate:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business.
1 to 3+ years of experience with a Real estate developer Company.
Candidates having an extensive broker network and demonstrated ability to support multiple launches in the market preferred.
UAE driving license- A MUST
