Job Position – Charge Nurse

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the ER nursing team, ensuring the highest standards of critical care.
Coordinate clinical operations, staffing, and patient care workflows within the ER.
Promote a culture of safety, compassion, and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, JCI standards, and hospital protocols.
Provide mentorship and performance evaluation for nursing staff.
Work collaboratively with physicians, management, and support teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Master’s Degree is an advantage).
Valid DHA Registered Nurse License (mandatory).
6-8 years of nursing experience, with minimum 5 years in ER department.
Strong clinical knowledge, team management, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
