Specializing in Oriental Sweets to craft authentic and innovative desserts that capture the essence of Lebanese and Middle Eastern flavors!
As our CDP – Oriental Sweets, you will:
-Prepare and present high-quality Lebanese and Oriental sweets, including baklawa, kunafa, and more.
-Ensure consistency, taste, and presentation meet our premium restaurant standards.
-Assist in managing kitchen inventory, ordering ingredients, and maintaining cost efficiency.
-Work closely with the pastry team to create seasonal and innovative dessert offerings.
-Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards in compliance with HACCP guidelines.
What We’re Looking For:
– Proven experience as a CDP or Pastry Chef specializing in Oriental Sweets in a high-end restaurant or pastry kitchen.
– Expertise in traditional Middle Eastern dessert techniques and modern plating styles.
– Strong attention to detail, creativity, and passion for pastry and sweets.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
– Certification in Food Safety & Hygiene is a must.
– Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is preferred.
