Job Position – Chief Accountant

Responsibilities:
– Formation of accounting policies, participation in the development of regulations.
– Accounting, preparation of tax returns.
– Preparation of financial and tax reports.
– Interaction with regulatory authorities, external auditors, company divisions
– Preparation and provision of information at the request of management, resolution of non-standard issues, active participation in the organization of accounting processes.
– Control of the movement of raw materials, materials, other inventory items, finished products.
– Control of balances and movements in cash accounts, settlement accounts, credit and loan accounts.
– Control of income and expense reflection.
– Participation in the automation project for the implementation of financial accounting systems based on 1C.
– Monitoring compliance with the procedure for drawing up accounting documents, settlement, and payment obligations.
– Ensure the safety of accounting documents and their safety.
– Consulting company employees on the correctness of the execution and deadlines for submitting documents required to carry out operations
What we expect from a candidate:
1. Knowledge of accounting standards and legal requirements in terms of taxes, pricing and costing in production.
2. Knowledge of tax risks and taxation.
3. Ability to work in multitasking mode, an active position in communication with company departments to optimize processes and document flow.
4. Experience in manufacturing companies is required.
5. Active participation in process automation.
6. Time management and personal efficiency skills.
7. Effective business communication skills.
