Job Position – Civil Estimation Engineer/Cost Controller

High-Rise Building Projects
Seeking an experienced Civil Estimation Engineer/Cost Controller to support our construction and contracting Sites, with strong exposure to high-rise building projects in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
– Analyze project drawings, specifications, and plans to prepare accurate cost estimates
– Carry out pricing for soft and hard costs across projects
– Establish project budgets and submit them for management approval
– Monitor project expenses and track actual costs against approved budgets
– Identify cost variances and provide timely reports to management
– Support tendering, value engineering, and cost optimization initiatives
– Coordinate with project, procurement, and finance teams to ensure cost efficiency
– Maintain updated cost databases and estimation records.
Requirements:
– Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
– Proven experience in estimation and/or cost control within construction projects
– Strong knowledge of cost planning, budgeting, and financial reporting
– Ability to interpret technical drawings and BOQs
– Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills
– Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation software
Budget : 15K-18K depending upon experience
