Job Position – Civil Estimation Engineer

Location: Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities:

-Prepare accurate cost estimates for various civil engineering projects.
-Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to —-gather project requirements and specifications.
-Analyse blueprints, technical drawings, and other project documents to -understand the scope and materials required.
-Present estimates to management and clients, addressing any inquiries and providing clarification as needed.
-Participate in meetings to contribute insights on budgeting and cost-related aspects.

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
-Proven experience in civil estimation, preferably within 3-10 years.
-Proficiency in estimation software and tools.
-Strong analytical skills with acute attention to detail.
-Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
-Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
-Adept at handling tight deadlines and managing priorities effectively.
