Urgent Requirement of Civil Quantity Surveyor
Minimum 10+ years in UAE with Eng Consultancy firm
Job Description:
Tender preparation as per FIDIC and Non- FIDIC, floating, and clarifications.
Measurement for & preparation of Bills of Quantities for various project elements including Architectural, Civil, Steel, and MEP.
Preparation of the Conditions of Contract for tenders.
Pre-qualification of Contractors.
Tender evaluation and preparing the short-listed subcontractors.
Attending negotiation meetings during tenders.
Pre-contract negotiation with short-listed subcontractors.
Preparation of contract documents and formalizing it with the Client & Contractors.
Finalizing contract documents with the clients and Various Contractors,
Administering the Main Contract with the Employer and Contractor.
Advising the Interim Payment Certification.
Administrating Contract’s Variations /claims /conflicts…etc.
