Job Position – Civil Site Engineer
Company Name – POME
Location: UAE – Abu Dhabi – Full-time
1–5 years of experience
Specialized in MSE Wall & Earthwork projects is plus.
Must be based in the UAE and hold a valid driving license.
Key Skills:
• knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction methods
• Experience in earthworks, excavation, and backfilling is plus
• Reading technical drawings, plans, and specifications
• Site supervision and subcontractor coordination
• Quality control and assurance on site activities
• Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) compliance
• Surveying and leveling skills
• Problem-solving and quick decision-making on site
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and report writing skills
• Time management and the ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
