Job Position – HR Manager
Company Name – Mathews Metal Manufacturing
Key Responsibilities:
Manage complete HR operations and employee lifecycle
Handle recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation and offboarding
Manage new employment visas, visa renewals, cancellations, work permits, Emirates ID & medical fitness
Monitor employee contracts, insurance and document expiry dates
Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination and employee benefits
Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters and performance management
Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies
Maintain confidential employee records and HR databases
Coordinate training, employee engagement and welfare activities
Prepare HR reports and manage government-related requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
10+ years of UAE HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing/construction environment
Strong knowledge of UAE visa and HR processes
Good knowledge of UAE Labour Law
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
