Requirements:
– Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in villa construction
– Strong practical knowledge of villa construction from structural works to finishing
– Ability to supervise and coordinate site activities, subcontractors, and manpower
– Good understanding of drawings, specifications, quantities, and construction methods
– Ability to coordinate with consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
– Familiar with UAE construction practices and site requirements
– Valid UAE Driving Licence is mandatory
– Good communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills
– Candidates who can join immediately or on short notice will be preferred
