Job Position – IT Support
Company Name – Emagine Consulting
Location: Dubai, UAE (On-site) | Contract: 1 Year (Extendable)
Shift: 24/7 Rotational Shifts (Including Weekends & Public Holidays)
Key Requirements:
– Desktop/Laptop Troubleshooting
– End-User Support & OS Imaging
– Microsoft 365 & Intune
– Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE)
– DLP & SentinelOne
– LAN/WAN Troubleshooting
– ITIL-Based Incident Management
Mandatory Qualifications:
– Master’s Degree in Computer Science
– Valid ITIL 4 Foundation Certification
– Microsoft MD-102 or Approved Equivalent Certification
