Job Position – Client Relations Officer

Job responsibilities
-Locally available in Qatar with transferable visa.
-Female candidates are highly preferred.
-Bilingual, proficiency in English and Arabic
-Qatar Driving license is a must .
-Interpersonal and perfect communication skills .
-Fostering positive client relations.
-Ability to follow the client , invoices , reconciled SOA, and collection.
-Build relationships with key employees among customers
-Create plans to address clients’ business needs.
-Advise clients on creating profitable processes.
-Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied.
-Help sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products.
-Study competition to find new ways to retain customers.
