Job Position – Clinic Manager

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in healthcare operations management
Nationality: Arab Nationals – Local candidates only (Kuwait residents)
Language: Bilingual – Arabic & English proficiency required
You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic and ensuring a smooth and professional workflow that supports both staff and patient needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily clinic activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Lead, manage, and support clinic staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations
• Ensure full compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies
• Coordinate between medical and administrative teams to optimize patient care
• Handle clinic budgeting, procurement, and resource management
• Monitor patient satisfaction and address complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to senior management
Requirements
• Proven experience in clinic or healthcare management
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
• Fluency in Arabic and English is essential
• Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in Kuwait
