Job Position – Clinic Manager
Company Name – Candidzone
Location: Muscat, Oman
Joining Date: ASAP – Within 2 Months

Salary: Competitive OMR + Benefits (as per Oman Labour Law)
To oversee daily operations at a healthcare practice in Oman. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Profit & Loss (P&L) management, staff supervision, and Ministry of Health regulations. A background in nursing is a strong advantage.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Prior experience in a clinic or hospital management role is essential
Strong understanding of healthcare operations, MOH regulations, and HR best practices
Background in nursing is an added advantage
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and resolve conflicts diplomatically
