Our client, a renowned luxury hotel in Abu Dhabi, seeks a seasoned Club Lounge Manager with a solid F&B background in high-end settings.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee Club Lounge financials, including cost and profit management.
• Interact with VIP guests to ensure a superior experience and collect feedback.
• Maintain the lounge’s exclusive atmosphere and cleanliness.
• Handle staff hiring, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
• Implement industry best practices in line with hotel standards.
• Work closely with Front Office teams to deliver exceptional personalized service.
• Fulfill additional tasks as assigned by senior management.
Requirements:
• Minimum two years of experience in a similar role within a luxury resort.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Thrive in a high-paced environment.
