Colleagues Facilities Attendant

-Regularly inspects Colleagues Complex and other colleague facilities to ensure they are compliant with established standards.

-Report and resolve any maintenance issues in coordination with the building maintenance team and keep the HR Department informed about same.

-Assist in coordinating for monthly pest control in accommodation and hotel locker rooms.

-Make careful use of heavy and safety equipment and adhere to all safety measures while using them.

-Clean assigned areas in the colleague Housing in accordance with established cleaning methods and techniques and prepare rooms for new joiners to enhance arrival experience.

-Maintain inventory of welcome kit, housing furniture and replenish the required items in timely manner as per the process.

-Coordinate and assist in monthly accommodation visits with HODs.
Perform any other task as required to support the department operations.

The candidate should be/have:

-Degree/ Diploma/ High School in any field of study.

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

-Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

-Creative thinking, decision making and problem-solving abilities.

-Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

-Strong computer skills will be an advantage
