Job Position – Collections Executive
Company Name – Imtiaz Developments
Hiring a proactive and results-driven to manage customer payment follow-ups, monitor outstanding receivables, and ensure timely collections in line with contractual payment schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage customer payment follow-ups and overdue accounts.
-Monitor ageing reports and maintain accurate customer records.
-Resolve payment-related queries and coordinate with internal teams.
-Support cash flow improvement by achieving collection targets.
-Escalate complex collection issues when required while maintaining positive customer relationships.
-Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
-5 years’ experience in collections, accounts receivable, credit control, customer accounts, or finance operations.
-Experience in real estate/property development, banking, or financial services is preferred.
-Strong understanding of customer accounts, payment processes, and ageing reports.
-Familiarity with ERP/CRM or collections management systems.
-UAE real estate payment experience is an advantage.
-Certification in credit management or collections is a plus.
