Job Position – Commis 1
Location : Sharjah
Key Responsibilities:
-Assist in food preparation and maintain high standards of hygiene
-Work closely with the Chef de Partie to prepare dishes and mise en place
-Ensure quality and consistency in all dishes
-Follow health and safety regulations within the kitchen
-Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Qualifications:
-Previous experience as a Commis Chef or culinary school training preferred
-Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation techniques, and kitchen safety
-Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
-Passion for culinary arts and a willingness to learn
