Location Abu Dhabi
Specific Duties
• Develop and implement a content strategy and annual content plan that supports the long and short-term business objectives of the Digital Cluster and its brands/products/services, and determine which methods work for the various businesses, audiences and channels.
• Create engaging content that is aligned to the Digital Cluster’s business strategy, brand guidelines, internal and external communication policies, social media policy, and provide consistency in terms of style, quality and tone.
• Responsible for the creation of the editorial structure within to ensure that all content across the various business is integrated and aligned to support business objectives.
• For all content development, establish clear milestones, deliverables and responsibilities, controlling budgets, managing and problem-solving issues or risks.
Key Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Media, (or any related
field)
• Proficient in written and spoken English is a mandatory requirement
• Proficiency in Arabic content writing is a major plus
• Ability to translate Arabic content to English will be a plus
• Understanding of traditional versus spoken (dialect) English, and how it needs to adapt while communicating with audiences through various channels – social
media, news, press releases, website content, blogs, in-app communication, white-papers, communication, SMS, video script, radio script, etc.
• Experience in Logistics industry communication is a must
• Experience across journalism, corporate communications and technical writing.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both English and Arabic
