Key Requirements:
– Technical Diploma in a relevant field
– Minimum 3 years of GCC experience in Facilities Management
– Strong coordination and communication skills
– Knowledge of maintenance operations, service coordination, and reporting
– Ability to handle client requests, work orders, and technician scheduling efficiently
– Proficiency in MS Office and FM-related documentation
Job Responsibilities:
– Coordinate daily Facilities Management operations and maintenance activities
– Manage and track work orders, complaints, and service requests
– Coordinate with technicians, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth operations
– Prepare reports, maintenance records, and service documentation
– Follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
– Ensure timely closure of tasks as per SLA/KPI requirements
– Support site operations and client coordination activities
– Maintain proper communication between site teams and management
