Job Description

The services Coordinator will ensure that general maintenance and repairs for assigned equipment and facilities including electrical, and other branches & offices requirements. Also, will perform a variety of other service activities as needed.

What you will do in this role:

Prepare weekly maintenance schedules
Inspect and maintain Branches & Back Office
Contribute to the development of maintenance budget and ensure compliance
Monitor inventory of materials and equipment
Project coordination like new branches/renovations
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget
Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors/partners for the flawless execution of projects
Quick response for all branches & offices requirements especially the emergency cases
Perform a variety of maintenance activities as needed
Assist with the implementation of all projects
Maintaining Signboard, Doors, Shutters, Pest Control, Cleaning, Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm to make sure its working properly
Ensuring the availability of the Security Guards & Cleaners in their assigned areas
Following up and checking the purchases & payments with Procurement & Finance Dept
Ensuring that AMCs & agreements are always maintained updated

What you will bring

Obtained a Bachelor’s degree
Must have a minimum 2 years relevant experience
Familiarity with relevant standards and regulations
Excellent Communication skills
Proactive, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and well-organized
Multi-tasking skills
