Job Position – Corporate HSE Manager

Are you an experienced HSE professional ready for your next challenge in the Oil & Gas sector? Looking for a well experienced HSE Manager with Oil and gas background to join our team.
Requirements
– Minimum 12-15 years of progressive experience in Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) within construction, fabrication, installation, and/or commissioning projects or operations in the oil & gas or petrochemical industries.
– At least 5 years of proven experience in a lead or managerial HSE role in GCC, with demonstrated capability in managing, mentoring, and supervising a team of HSE professionals across large-scale or complex projects.
– Strong track record of implementing and enforcing HSE management systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving a proactive safety culture across multidisciplinary project environments.
– Responsible for implementation and continual improvement of HSE Management Systems aligned with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards, including development of HSE Policies, Procedures, Plans, Risk Assessments, operational controls, emergency preparedness systems, and project mobilization requirements.
– Providing strategic HSE leadership through audits, inspections, incident investigations, RCA, KPI monitoring, contractor management, training programs, behavioral safety initiatives, and workforce engagement activities.
– Coordinating with clients, consultants and subcontractors on compliance, performance monitoring, and HSE improvement initiatives while supporting successful ISO surveillance and certification audits.
Qualifications:
– Bachelors Degree in Engineering
