Job Position – Desktop Support Engineer
Company Name – Exceed Gulf
Experience : 3-7 Years
Education : Degree in IT/Computing or equivalent experience
Key responsibilities :
-Support & troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Windows & macOS
-Manage Active Directory users, computers & groups
-Troubleshoot VPN, network & domain issues
-Support Citrix & VDI environments
-Manage devices using JAMF amp; Microsoft Intune
-Support Okta, RSA & NetIQ MFA solutions
-Support Apple &Android devices
-Handle escalated tickets and perform deep-dive troubleshooting
-Maintain knowledge articles and share technical expertise
Key skills :
Strong troubleshooting amp; problem-solving skills
Excellent English communication Customer/service-oriented mindset
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team
Strong IT support / systems administration experience
