Job Position – Assistant Executive Chef

Restaurant & Cafe ZouZou is looking for an experienced and passionate Assistant Executive Chef to support this culinary leadership team and oversee kitchen operations across these outlets.
Key Requirements:
– Minimum 5 years of experience in professional kitchen operations, with senior-level kitchen management experience preferred.
– Strong leadership and team management skills.
– Knowledge of food costing, inventory control, menu planning, and wastage management.
– Excellent understanding of food safety, HACCP, and hygiene standards.
– Turkish, Lebanese, Middle Eastern, or Mediterranean cuisine experience is an advantage.
– Multi-outlet restaurant experience is highly preferred.
– Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.
