Job Position – Cost Control Engineer
Company Name – Alghanim International
To join team on one of strategic bridges’ projects in Dubai. The role will play a key part in monitoring, controlling, and optimizing project costs to ensure efficiency and alignment with project objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
-Monitor project budgets, expenditures, and cost forecasts.
-Prepare regular cost reports, variance analyses, and cash flow forecasts.
-Coordinate with procurement, planning, and project teams to track cost performance.
-Review subcontractor and supplier invoices for compliance with project contracts.
-Support project controls and management in decision-making with accurate cost data.
-Ensure compliance with company procedures and client requirements.
Qualifications & Experience:
-Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
-5–8 years of experience in cost control within the construction industry, ideally on infrastructure or bridges projects.
-Strong knowledge of project cost management systems and MS Excel.
-Experience in UAE construction projects is a MUST.
-UAE Residency is a must (candidates without residency will not be considered).
