Job Position – Cost Controller

Are you detail-oriented with a passion for numbers, procurement, and smooth logistics?
What You’ll Do:
• Monitor and control F&B costs across multiple outlets
• Conduct regular cost analysis and variance reports
• Ensure accurate inventory tracking, stock reconciliation, and wastage control
• Work closely with purchasing, kitchen, and bar teams to drive cost efficiency
• Handle purchasing duties and manage shipping documents and supplier invoices
• Maintain reporting systems using Supy and Syrve (iiko)
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience as a Cost Controller in the UAE’s F&B or hospitality sector
• Solid background in purchasing, logistics, and shipping documentation
• Strong command of Supy and Syrve/iiko (mandatory)
• SAP knowledge is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and sharp attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-venue environment
