Job Position – Creative Specialist
Company Name – Fakhruddin Properties
Hiring for someone who can turn ideas into impactful visual content and bring real estate projects to life through creative design.
What you’ll be working on:
-Designing brochures, flyers, presentations, fact sheets, payment plans, OOH Billboards, sales kits & other marketing collateral
-Creating social media, WhatsApp and digital creatives
-Developing creatives for project launches, broker events, exhibitions, open houses & activations
-Working across both digital and print platforms
-Maintaining strong brand consistency and visual standards
-Supporting basic video editing & AI-assisted creative production (motion graphics is a plus)
What we’re looking for:
-Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Premier Pro, Illustrator & InDesign
-Strong visual design skills and excellent attention to detail
-Excellent communication and coordination skills
-Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under tight deadlines
-Real estate experience is an advantage
-Knowledge of AI design tools and leveraging for work is a mandate
