Job Description
Make a follow-up phone calls & emails to customers. Send the reminder to the customer for payment follow-up.
Make a reconciliation (TB SOA against customer’s SOA) for any dispute will be identified.
Regular review of all credit applications and identifying any missing or expired document.
Request to the relevant Sales Person or send email to customer for missing or expired document.
Verify all documents and make a reference check for new Credit Application.
Will obtain monthly balance confirmations from all credit customers.
