Job Description:
Looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Representative (Debt Collection) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring timely debt recovery, and maintaining a professional approach to resolve overdue accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
– Contact customers to follow up on outstanding payments through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
– Negotiate repayment plans in line with company policies and customer affordability.
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.
– Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and empathetically.
– Achieve individual and team collection targets.
– Collaborate with the finance and legal teams to resolve escalated cases.
Qualifications & Skills:
– Fluency in Arabic is required (additional languages are an advantage).
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
– Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle pressure.
– Basic computer proficiency (CRM systems experience preferred).
