Position: Customer Service Executive
Location: Dubai
Job Requirements:
Should be a graduate.
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
Preferred from logistics or shipping industry
Job Role:
Clarifying any queries on LPOs and pricing.
Process all stock transfers
Dealing with all queries relating to deliveries.
Informing customers and the Sales team regarding any issues
Salary – AED 4000- 6000 + Annual benefits
