Job Position – Customer Service Executive
Company Name – Hawk Freight Services
Hiring for a with 2–3 years of experience in the freight forwarding/logistics industry to join our team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries, requests, and shipment updates
Coordinate with operations, airlines, shipping lines, and overseas agents
Prepare and follow up on quotations and shipment documentation
Track shipments and proactively communicate status updates to customers
Resolve customer issues and ensure timely solutions
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth end-to-end shipment handling
Requirements:
2–3 years of experience in Customer Service within Freight Forwarding/Logistics
Good understanding of Air Freight and/or Sea Freight operations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of MS Office
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
Customer-focused and proactive approach
