Job Position – Customer Service Executive

Job Role Requirements:
– Provide exceptional customer support by resolving inquiries, managing complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining company standards and building positive relationships.
– Track and monitor customer interactions and satisfaction through the group system.
– Regularly collect customer feedback and conduct customer satisfaction surveys.
– Meet performance targets, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
– Prepare required monthly and/or any other MIS reports.
Whom are we looking for?
– Any Graduate with minimum experience and exceptional communication skills.
– Confident and proactive individuals who are technically sound with today’s systems.
– A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role would be an added advantage.
