Job Position – Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:
-Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers in a professional and engaging manner.
-Handle customer inquiries and provide support through chat channels with accuracy and efficiency.
-Promote products, services, and offers while identifying customer needs.
-Build and maintain positive customer relationships through excellent communication.
-Meet and exceed quality standards, productivity metrics, and performance targets.
-Accurately document customer interactions and follow up when required.
Candidate Requirements:
-Strong command of English & Arabic (spoken and written).
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Ability to handle both outbound calling and chat support effectively.
-Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.
-Previous experience in customer service, outbound sales, telesales, or call centers is an advantage.
